Celebrate Valentine’s Day with an intimate four-course dining experience designed for sharing at Capital Prime. Our Valentine’s Prix-Fixe Dinner for Two is available February 13 and 14, with February 15 offered only while supplies last, and features thoughtfully curated dishes crafted by Executive Chef Scott Finch, offering a combination of indulgence and seasonal flavors.

Menu Highlights:

Appetizers (choose one to share):

Charcuterie Board for Two — Assorted cheeses and meats served with crackers
Potato Croquettes — Chive and garlic Yukon Gold potatoes, rolled in panko bread crumbs and flash-fried, served with whipped Boursin cheese

Salad or Soup (choose one each):

Kale Salad — Honey-roasted golden beets, strawberries, toasted walnuts, shallots, Boursin cheese, and basil vinaigrette
Stone Crab Bisque — Topped with chive crema and crab claw meat

Entrées (choose one to share or one each, depending on selection):

Braised Beef Short Rib for Two — Slow-cooked with demi-glace, au gratin potatoes, blistered cherry tomatoes, and prosciutto-wrapped broccolini
Seafood Tortellini — Hand-stuffed crab tortellini with two scallops in a lobster sherry cream sauce
Morel & Prosciutto-Stuffed Chicken Breast — Served over red pepper and arugula risotto

Dark Chocolate Cheesecake — With brandy and cherry compote
